No excuses here, Fam! When life throws you lemons, you look for ways to make lemonade
So, while I can’t fully use my upper body due to my recent shoulder injury, you know I’m gonna come up with a straight fire workout to crush!
So I put this workout together for one of the weekly live Zoom HIIT workouts I take the Forever Fit Fam members through.
I combined cardio moves with tummy toning moves for a killer 30 min workout and sweaty was an understatement!
You don’t need any equipment for this awesome calorie burner s o excuses!
HIIT it up this week to add some spice to your workout routine and tighten & tone your tummy faster
HERE’S HOW IT GOES:
1️⃣ 20 secs 4 x HIGH KNEES/1 DROP SQUAT
2️⃣ 20 secs 2 PULSE CRUNCH
➡️ 20 secs rest (repeat 1, 2 & 20 sec rest 4 times then move on)
3️⃣ 20 secs SQUARE JUMP
4️⃣ 20 secs TWIST CRUNCH
➡️ 20 secs rest (repeat 3, 4 & 20 sec rest 4 times then move on)
5️⃣ 20 secs SIDE LEAPS
6️⃣ 20 secs CROSS CRAWL
➡️ 20 secs rest (repeat 5, 6 & 20 sec rest 4 times then go through it all again)
