Refined sugar free, low fat, high protein and ALL FLAVOUR!
The White Wolf Nutrition Caramel Swirl Protein powder really lifts the flavour in this recipe.

If you can’t get your hands on the protein, you can still make this recipe delicious by adding more maple syrup to taste, or using a vanilla protein powder if you have any.
HERE’S THE RECIPE:
➡️ 1 cup Medjool dates
➡️ 1 cup Oat Flour or Almond Flour for gluten free
➡️ 2 scoops White Wolf Nutrition Caramel Swirl Protein Powder
➡️ 1/2 cup Sugar Free Maple Syrup
➡️ 1/2 cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
➡️ 2 eggs
➡️ 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1️⃣ Pit the dates (option to blitz them in a food processor after pitting, for 10 seconds to make smaller chunks)
2️⃣ Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl
3️⃣ Mix all ingredients until fully combined
➡️ I used my hands to break the dates down for better flavour distribution but you can use a spoon or machine.
4️⃣ Place into a lined baking tray and bake at 180C fan forced for 15-20 mins, checking at 15 mins.
➡️ If it bounces back to a light touch in the middle, it’s done.
➡️ You want it still slightly gooey in the middle.
5️⃣ Slice and enjoy!
