My 3️⃣ biggest lessons on saying F*CK OFF to f My 3️⃣ biggest lessons on saying F*CK OFF to food guilt and how to enjoy balance without restriction while still reaching your fitness goals
I remember the days I used to eat foods like these and be consumed with guilt the rest of the day 😫
And I’d always stop myself from eating half way through, even though I still wanted more 🫣 it was gut wrenchingly frustrating but I thought I had to, to reach my fitness goals
Back then I thought being healthy meant forcing myself to eat step back from my goals so I obviously didn’t have enough willpower to reach them.
I’d watch all the healthy girls on Insta and think I’d never be like them because they never ate unhealthy foods and so because I did, I wasn’t good enough at being healthy.
What a head f*** right? 🤯
Here’s what I’ve learned now that enables me to be in my best shape and enjoy the f*** out of food 💃 without a skerrick of bloody guilt!
1️⃣ Never assume you know the full story of your fave influencers’ eating habits just based on what they post - your brain will try to fill in the gaps and make up a story about how perfectly disciplined they are and that you should be too and when you’re not you’ll feel bad. Truth is, they aren’t always eating 100% healthy (if they enjoy life) and you don’t have to be either to see results
2️⃣ My FAVE - Learn to love the feeling of eating more nutrient dense whole foods and pay attention to how yuk you feel after too much unhealthy food - this will make you prefer eating more healthy foods and when you do eat the less healthy ones you’ll be excited to get back into your healthy ones so balance becomes ridiculously easy!!
3️⃣ When you master number 2️⃣ and you’re keeping fit, a day of eating foods like this like I had yesterday - won’t even make a dent in your fitness progress because it’s ONE day and you’ll be back into healthy foods again in no time!

But habits that negatively affect our health can be replaced by healthy ones!! 🤩

Instead of losing the fun in life while trying to lose your weight ☕️ just add lemon water into your morning to help balance out the acidic effect that could be slowing your weightloss
I recommend keeping the lemon water in after you reach your goal too, because balancing acidity & aiding digestion is never a bad idea 👌
And as I mentioned in the vid - combine the lemon water with cleaning up your diet and monitoring your coffee intake for best weightloss & health results - lemon juice powers are only so strong, they can’t save you on their own 😘

I was absolutely spoiled rotten by my man @nvr.enuf I’m still lost for words 🥹 ILYSM bub!
We had such a nice day rollerblading along the Brisbane waterfront (you know me - my happy place is being active 🤩)
And then an amazing dinner on the waterfront 🫶
I’m also no longer going to feel shame when I tell ppl my age 🙌 society makes us feel like ageing is bad and being physically young is best but I’ve never been fitter or happier and I only plan to improve on that - always striving to be my best at every coming age not letting the thought that I’m ‘too old for something’ hold me back!! 🚀

Society has us thinking we have to have done certain things by a certain age
That getting older as young as in your 30s means you’re declining 😒
I have even caught myself feeling embarrassed to say I’m turning 33 - like WHAT?? 🤦‍♀️
I’m the fittest & happiest I’ve ever been and will only be getting fitter! 🚀
Into my mid & late 30s I’ll be running, cycling, rollerblading, surfing, playing tennis and just straight up owning life 🤩
So 33… F*ck yeah!!

This means less sessions but more weight in your sessions.
If you get to your last rep and you could have kept going, it wasn’t heavy enough 🙌

❤️ Firstly - some tough love, but we tend to remain stuck feeling stressed & overwhelmed because all of our problems are floating around in our heads and we simply allow that chaos to happen - calling ourselves overwhelmed, making small indirect attempts to fix them but aren’t being nearly as productive at it as we can be.
FADER helps you identify each unique problem and decide the best course of action to stop it being a problem so you can fast track becoming stress free and in control of your happiness 🔑
💎 FIRST STEP - WRITE all of the things down that are stressing you out - get them out of your head so you can declutter your mind and think more clearly.
💎 Apply FADER to each problem and write the solution you will try - How will you fix it, or how will you adapt to it, or how will you develop emotional resilience to it?
💎 THEN ACT - I’ve never had a problem solve itself - you gotta act on the solution you choose if you want the benefit.
💎 DO NOT GIVE UP after one attempt! You might not find the right solution first go - keep at it.
Anyone who knows me knows I don’t dwell on things much - I move quickly and fix my problems as fast as I can - cause life is to short to be held back by problems 🙋‍♀️
