Changing the move every 30 seconds keeps you using different parts of your body for the whole 3 minutes

Feel The Burrrn! No Equipment, 27 Minute, Full body HIIT
Wow, I definitely wanted to challenge myself when I put this one together, I think 😅
I hope you are ready to get a huge sweat on 💦 and feel the burn in every muscle, Fam!
But hey, no pain, no gain, right?
This workout is kind of like a TABATA, with a few differences.
➡️ We work for 30 seconds with a cardio move
➡️ Then do a 10 second plank move
➡️ We repeat this 4 times before a 1 minute rest
➡️ Then we go again with another cardio move an a different plank move
➡️ 4 blocks of this in total and then we do it all again! (In the vid I say 5 blocks, oopsie 🤫)
