Life is SO busy and we are forever running around like headless chooks or travelling with no time to prepare healthy food so takeaway becomes a regular.
So how do you avoid sabotaging your fitness in all the chaos without actually prepping more food?
It all comes down to the takeaway choices you make.
If you have time to go to KFC or Maccas, you have time to go to a salad bar or Subway.
If you don't, just because you are at KFC or Maccas doesn't mean you have to order the large burger and fries.
These days there is always a healthy option even at the most unhealthy places.
As long as you are looking for foods that are mostly meat (or protein source) & salad or veg, limiting fatty, sugary dressing & sauces you'll be fine.
Options can be salads, rolls, wraps, stirfrys or sushi to name a few!
Remember, you have control and you have options.

What I eat In A Day - Body Composition Maintenance IntakeI get asked a lot about what my daily diet is like when I'm super busy to support my fitness routine and stay in shape on the go.
Supps, coffees and all.
I'm always sharing bits and pieces on my social media stories about my breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and supps.
So I thought I'd compile the whole lot into a video for you.
And take you on a journey through my day of what I eat when I am go go go, so that I don't reach for unhealthy quick options.
As you know, I don't like crazy, restrictive diets.
All my meals are balanced with proteins, fats and carbs from normal everyday foods.
To balance my bloodsugar and support my metabolism for efficient fat burning.
And to give me the energy to crush my workouts and get through my busy day.
This also means I'm not following a diet I'll one day stop and gain the weight back, like most diets.
All of the meals in my Forever Fit 12 week program are based on this eating style because its easy, its realistic and it works FOREVER.
My diet when I'm not crazy busy has some more variety.
And my Forever Fit program meal plans have AMAZING variety for busy lifestyles!
But I am fortunate in that I don't get bored of food easily so this is what I've been doing recently:

I drink about 2-3L water a day and 1-2 black coffees
