HERE’S HOW IT GOES:
1️⃣ FITBALL PASSES
2️⃣ FITBALL DECLINE CRUNCHES
3️⃣ CABLE AB ROTATIONS
4️⃣ HANGING OBLIQUE RAISES
➡️ 4 sets of 12-16 reps of each
➡️ 30 seconds between sets
➡️ Do all 4 sets of one move before the next move with a 1 minute rest between moves
