HERE’S HOW IT GOES:
1️⃣ 16 x SUMO 2 PULSE SQUATS
2️⃣ 32 x SKATERS (count each side as 1)
3️⃣ 16 x SQUAT OVERHEAD EXTENSION
4️⃣ 16 x LUNGE FORWARD PRESS
5️⃣ 16 x PULLOVER CRUNCH
6️⃣ 40 x MOUNTAIN CLIMBER (count each step as 1)
➡️ Right through all 6 moves moves as little rest as possible
➡️ 45 seconds rest after 6th move
➡️ Repeat 4-5 rounds depending on time (takes around 30 mins)
