Booty & Abs Shape-Up HIIT
Expect your booty, legs and abs to be on absolute fire! This 30 min workout is the best way to build tone and burn calories super fast!
You can also do this one without a booty band, a lot of the Fit Fam girls did when I coached them through it live in our weekly Zoom HIIT.
HERE’S HOW IT GOES:
1️⃣ 16 x SQUAT WALKS (forward & back is 1 rep)
2️⃣ 16 total x DOUBLE CROSS CRAWL
3️⃣ 16 x HIGH KNEES DROP SQUAT
4️⃣ 32 x V SIT BOXING (count each punch)
5️⃣ 8 each leg x LUNGE KNEE LIFT
6️⃣ 24 total x PLANK HIP DIPS (each side is 1 rep)
➡️ Go through all moves with as little rest as possible between moves
➡️ 45 second rest after 6th move then repeat all 4 to 6 rounds depending on how much time you have
