Actually Healthy Granola in Just 30 Minutes

If you’re not careful when buying your granola in the supermarket that you think is going to be healthy and actually help you achieve your fitness goals, you could end up accidentally buying one that is LOADED with unhealthy oils, added processed sugars and is only going to stall your results.

The companies that make and market these granolas get away with marketing them as ‘healthy’ by jumping through loop holes which allow them to use statements and images to promote their foods as healthy.

And, because its classified as a ‘health food’ they jack the price up and make you pay more, for lower quality foods!

That’s why I wanted to create a delicious, cheap and quick granola that is NOT packed with these unhealthy oils or processed sugars!

So you can trust you’ll get amazing results with your health and won’t burn a hole in your pocket.

RECIPE:

➡️ 2.5 cups rolled oats
➡️ 1 cup mixed raw nuts
➡️ 1 cup mixed seeds
➡️ 1/2 cup shaved coconut
➡️ 1/2 cup goji berries
➡️ 2/3 cup sugar-free maple Syrup

METHOD:

1️⃣ Mix all ingredients until well coated with syrup
2️⃣ lay on a lined baking tray and bake at 180 degrees C for 15-20 mins
3️⃣ Stir to bring any bits from underneath to the top and bake for a further 10-15 mins, or until all is slightly brown and crunchy.

Enjoy with your favourite milk or yoghurt – or however you like it.
