I took the Forever Fit Fam through this one live over Zoom as one of their weekly live workouts with me and by the end, we were all dripping with sweat and our bodies were burning! True signs of a killer effective workout. They loved it and I know you will too!

Here’s how it goes:
1️⃣ 20 secs SQUAT KNEE LIFT
➡️ 10 secs rest
2️⃣ 20 secs KICKTHROUGHS
➡️ 10 secs rest
Repeat 4 times then rest 1 minute, then move onto the next block below.
3️⃣ 20 secs MOUNTAIN CLIMBER BURPEE
➡️ 10 secs rest
4️⃣ 20 secs ARM & LEG RAISES
➡️ 10 secs rest
Repeat 4 times then rest 1 minute, then move onto the next block below.
5️⃣ 20 secs 180 SQUAT JUMPS
➡️ 10 secs rest
6️⃣ 20 secs PUSH-UPS
➡️ 10 secs rest
Repeat 4 times then you’re done!
